Our technicians categorize any request according to how urgent it is determined by the customer, and prioritize accordingly. If urgent our response time is between 30 and 60 minutes.

On the software side we have identified a range of products that is tried and tested and leaders in their market, while it holds true that MS Windows and Ms Office is the business tool of choice, there are a host of additional products that can be implemented to ensure, security of the network, assist in productivity. As a result we are constantly reviewing software, and watching the trends in the market place.
